Q1. How long does it take to receive an order after I’ve made a purchase online?

The order fulfillment will be completed within 48 business hours from the moment of your purchase. 

Your order will be shipped to your door within 5-10 business days.

Q2. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we are only shipping to Canada and the USA (which is great if you live in one of those countries, and not so great if you don’t). 

But don’t worry – we will soon be shipping worldwide! Keep in touch so that you’re up-to-date when we finally do go international. 

Q3. Are the ingredients in Eczemamedica products natural, non-GMO, vegan, and safe?

Yes, all of the ingredients in Eczemamedica products are all-natural, non-GMO, vegan, and – most importantly – completely safe. 

Because our products are certified by Health Canada, you can rest assured that you are using an effective skin cream that is also safe for your body.

Q4. Where are Eczemamedica products made?

The majority of the herbs and ingredients found in our products are harvested by hand – the crafty work of Icelandic locals.  

From there, the products are produced and packaged in Canada.

Eczemamedica is proud to say that our products are made without any preservatives. 

We try to stay as close to mother nature as possible in the making of all our products, and that means leaving out various types of chemicals, including artificial additives and unnatural preservatives. 

Q6. I have very sensitive skin. Can I still use Eczemamedica products?

Absolutely! One of our main goals in creating these skin products is to produce something that benefits all skin types, including sensitive ones. 

Sunburns, insect-bites, and other skin conditions that cause irritation, inflammation, and overall discomfort can leave your skin feeling very sensitive. Add this on top of already having overly-sensitive skin and you need to be very careful about what kind of products you use.
